Winner!

Whoop! Whoop! I won first place in a Faith poetry contest! I'll be receiving a $100.00 Visa gift card in a few weeks.

I am a member of a poetry and prose writing site. I've entered (and won) numerous contests, but this is the first one where the prize is $100. :) Many of the prizes are what is called member dollars, which is valuable if you want to promote your work on the site, (to get constructive feedback and improve your craft), but member dollars don't help with Christmas shopping. LOL
