The Secret Keepers of Old Depot Grocery

 

Every once in a while you read one of those books that leaves you with so many emotions when you finish the last page. I didn't want The Secret Keepers of Old Depot Grocery to end. Sigh.

These characters will stay with me for some time. Especially Glory Ann. And even some of the secondary characters (Clarence--oh my!) 

I'm now an Amanda Cox fan. She is a gifted storyteller who infused this story with so much emotion that I already look forward to reading this again. If you enjoy dual-time period stories, this one is a winner.
