I love anything I've read by Amanda Cabot! Her characters are always so well thought out and developed--making them oh so real!
Alexandra and Gabe are both easy to relate to. I like Alexandra's spunk and her passion for the children, and Gabe's quest for the truth. Their relationship is complicated, but that makes it all the more interesting.
The slow build-up is done well, and the suspense kept me interested throughout. But the romance is so sweet and satisfying too. If you enjoy historical romance or a good clean suspense story, you'll love The Spark of Love! Possibly as much as I did.
