Deception

 

Deception is quite suspenseful! I don't read a lot of suspense oriented books so this was a treat. 

I really liked Madison and Clayton and empathized with them both very easily. I liked learning about their history. They both were going through a lot and I enjoyed seeing their growth and development.

There was plenty of action and several mysteries woven within this story that were fun to decipher, but perhaps my favorite aspect was the spiritual ties throughout. This story is a clean read with plenty of action and heart.

This is part of a series, but I think it works wonderfully on its own. I certainly want to read the other Nachez Trace Park Rangers books though.
