Cynthia and Rick are interesting characters and I connected with them with ease. I enjoy a story that keeps me guessing, and the suspense in this is so nicely done. My dad was in the military, so I really enjoy characters with the same belief system and mindset. But most of all I enjoyed the spiritual and relationship themes the most.
This is a quick read with plenty of suspense and just the right amount of sweet romance. I hope to read more by this author. And did I mention how much I like this cover art?
