Although it took me a little while to connect with Adanne, it was easy to at least empathize with her. After awhile, I warmed up to her but it took a little longer than it did to relate to John.
I haven't read a lot of Hollywood-esque type stories, with actors, or makeup artists and such, but I suppose that was part of the charm of this story. It's new to me, and gives me a new perspective on things.
I like the title, cover, and especially the southern setting and elements of faith spread throughout. Her Part to Play is a lovely story incorporating redemption, mercy, and forgiveness.
Thank you to Revell for my complimentary copy of this book.
