The Color of Home

 

I enjoyed this book. The title, cover art, small town, characters, and charm. There are various storylines and I love them all. And I really enjoyed the alternating first-person POVs of Audrey and Daisy. Mostly I love the faith, hope, and forgiveness themes. 

Daisy is such a complex character. I favored her POV the most. She's full of wisdom and how she sought the good in situations. I've had some Daisy's in my life, and appreciate her faith.

I have to admit, due to so many characters, it was difficult at times to keep them all straight. Still, I enjoyed this story and look forward to seeing what this author writes next. 

The Color of Home is a touching and tender tale.
