The Nature of Change

 

In this children's picture book, brother and sister Amal and Kit, are having trouble with all the changes in their lives after moving to a new house. Everything feels, smells, and looks different, and they aren't really liking it.

After the urging of their parents to seek out determination, resilience, and hope, they discover all the changes that nature goes through and how trees still grow, spiders rebuild webs, and flowers hope for sun to open their blooms.

The pictures are adorable, and the story shows how Amal and Kit accept that change might not be so bad. Life is all about changes, and good can come from it.
