I love this story. It is
beautiful, sad, exciting, and restorative – all in one.
Em is a great main character –
and unlike ones I’ve recently read. I love the tenderness conveyed when she is
finally taken care of, and her openness of hope. Her relationship with Caleb
blossoms in a sweet and authentic way and shows depth and warmth.
This book will give you the
feels. It’s a charming feel good story where you root for a brilliant outcome.
My only want was for Em to be more self-assured because her growth seemed a
little slow, but overall I really enjoyed this story.
