The Swindler's Daughter

 

The Swindler's Daughter is such a sweet story and Lillian is a wonderful character. There's suspense, secrets, and surprises, and includes elements of romance and faith.

The secrets and mystery are what pulled me in the strongest. I couldn't imagine my mother keeping such a secret from me. And I'm a sucker for a southern setting, so the Georgia setting was super appealing.

I really enjoyed witnessing Lillian and Jonah's growth, both spiritually and romantically, and I connected with them rather easily.
